SHELBY COUNTY (TN) RESIDENCY REQUIREMENTS

Should a dispute arise as to whether a participant is eligible for prize money in the Shelby County, TN Division, the following residency guidelines will be followed:

* Participant must have lived in Shelby County on a continuous basis for at least one (1) year prior to the event. If an out-of-state or foreign student, there can be no absence from Shelby County for more than 30 days during this one-year period.

* If a non-U.S. citizen, participant must have a permanent resident green card.

* If requested, participant must provide proof of residency (such as driver’s license, voter’s registration card, cancelled checks of rent or mortgage payments or other bills, and/or nature and source of financial resources) . . . or similar proof if financially dependent on a third party resident of Shelby County.
